Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and student-centered Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. Openings are available across all grade levels (PreK-12). • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals
• Provide direct instruction and support tailored to diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred)
• Valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (or ability to obtain)
• Strong understanding of special education laws, IEP development, and differentiated instruction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
